How Tos:
Warm Boot
- Hold down the Power button until the handheld begins to boot (about 5 seconds)
Cold Boot
Warning: Cold booting any device can erase data and the TrackAbout software. Contact TrackAbout Support before attempting a cold boot.
- Simultaneously press the 1,9 and Power keys
Save Wireless Configurations in the Applications Folder
Saving wireless configurations in the Applications folder will save the wireless settings even after a cold boot.
- Go to: Start > Programs > Wireless Companion > Wireless Launch > Options
- Select Export
- Click Export Options
- Click Save
- Click Export All Profiles
- Click Save
- Click Ok
Known Issues
Wifi Not Connecting
Solution
- Go to Start > Programs > Wireless Companion > Wireless Launch > Options
- In the top drop down box, choose Regulatory
- In the Settings drop down box, choose USA
- Uncheck the Enable 802.11d box
- Click Save
- Click Ok
Affects:

- Wireless Fusion Version: 30.10.0.0.304R
Explanation:
