TrackAbout is Missing From Handheld
Troubleshooting Steps:
- On the TrackAbout website, navigate to the Software Download page
- Download the latest version of the TAMobile installer for your handheld
- Reinstall TAMobile on your handheld
If TrackAbout does not appear on your handheld after performing the steps above, contact TrackAbout Support.
Possible Reasons:
- The handheld is new and TrackAbout was never installed
- The handheld was hard reset and TrackAbout was wiped out
Notes:
Always download the latest TAMobile installer from the website. Do not use the installer saved on your PC or network because it may be outdated.
