Changing the type of USB connection your device uses can help with problems connecting ActiveSync
We found that some Windows 10 computer that were upgraded from Windows 7 or 8 have an issue syncing TAMobile 6. You might need to change settings on your handheld to sync. The settings path might vary based on the operating systems.
The settings below applies to Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5 professional (CE OS 5.2.29128)
- Navigate to: Settings - Connections - USB to PC
- Uncheck the box: Enable Advanced network functionality
- Dock the device and try syncing.
