Summary
The Delivery Receipt Email feature enables the sending of delivery receipt to an email address after the delivery action is completed on the smartphone app. When enabled for a client, the smartphone user is presented with a screen that allows the user to accept the default email address, if any, or enter one in the case where there is none set or if the default needs to be overridden.
- Emailing Receipts is available both in TrackAbout's Simple Delivery and Proof of Delivery
Receipt Format
The standard default receipt shows assets' barcode, serial number and lot number (if applicable).
TrackAbout Support can customize e-mail receipts if changes from the standard template need to be made. Below is a list of all fields that can be modified.
