If the Truck Driver accidentally scanned the delivered assets as Returns and the returned assets as Delivers, this will cause problems when trying to reconcile the Truck Run at the end of the day. After the handheld has been synced, TrackAbout makes it easy to change switch the assets which were delivered with the assets which were returned. This change is made from within the Delivery record. Once you have changed the delivered assets to be returned assets and the returned assets to be delivered assets, you will be ready to reconcile your Truck Run.
Switch Deliver / Return is in the Asset Options section of the Delivery Record.
