Overview

The “Blackhole” refers to the concept of an unknown asset population. Lack of data, antiquated processes and procedures, and administration issues can all contribute to “missing” assets. Blackhole Recovery includes the processes, reporting and analysis used to identify previously unaccounted for assets

How does it Work?

The black cylinder indicates a "Black Hole" asset; an asset the company did know was sitting out at a customer or even part of their asset inventory.
