How Tos:

Warm Boot

Press the Power button
Select Reboot from the menu

Cold Boot

Warning: Cold booting any device can erase data and the TrackAbout software. Contact TrackAbout Support before attempting a cold boot.

Press the Power button to suspend the handheld
Remove the handstrap and the battery pack
Press the Reset button in the battery compartment
Press power and wait until the handheld reboots

Clean Boot

Warning: A clean boot erases all the memory in the handheld, including all applications and data files, except those in Flash memory or any removable storage. Contact TrackAbout Support before attempting a clean boot.

Remove the battery pack from the back of the handheld
With a stylus, press the Reset button in the battery cavity
Insert the battery back into the handheld and immediately press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button
Continue to hold the Power button and the Volume Down button until you are prompted to release them
Press the Volume Up button to start the clean boot
Wait for the handheld to load files from its ROM
