Handheld Will Not Turn On
Troubleshooting Steps
- Place Handheld in charging cradle and wait 30-60 seconds.
- Remove and replace the battery pack.
- Warning: Removal of battery pack may cause data loss in handhelds running Windows CE.

If the handheld does not power up after trying the steps above, contact TrackAbout Support.
Possible Reasons:
- The battery is dead.
- The handheld is "locked up" (non-responsive).
