Asset Tracking

The features focus on getting assets into your TrackAbout System.

Initializing Assets

Asset Classification Structure and Product Codes

Customer Audit

TrackAbout provides a feature for visiting a customer's location and performing a physical audit of all assets on premises. Such an audit benefits both you and your customers in that everyone is assured that customer balances are accurate.

Asset Families

Asset Families allow for alternatives grouping of products beyond the standard Asset Classifications. Asset Families can be used in support of Business rules to regulate actions such as Filling and Valve Use.

Valve Types

Used independently, or in coordination with Assets Families is a Trackabout feature to collect information about Valve Types.

Make Pack

Some clients call these "Bundles", “Clusters”, or "Packs". Rather than scanning each individual asset each time this group moves, the 'Make Pack' feature can be used to group these assets together.
