How To's:
Warm Boot
- Use the stylus to press the reset button on the back of the device. Press until you feel a 'click' and until the handheld restarts.
Manual Clean Boot
Warning: Clean booting any device can erase data and the TrackAbout software. Contact TrackAbout Support before attempting a clean boot.
- Turn the handheld off.
- Hold down the reset button with the stylus and press the power key.
- Release the power and reset buttons.
- Press the power button and the computer should reboot. You should then re-calibrate the screen.
