Overview

When an asset is scanned during a fill action, the use state of that asset can be changed so that it is represented as full in a location’s inventory. A very basic form of Fill will require simply that an asset be scanned, although a basic fill can also ask for a product code to be selected.

Pre-Fill Inspections

There are three types of "Pre Fill Inspections" available through TAM6:

Prefill Inspections (Scanning Assets)

Pre Fill Inspections (No Assets are Scanned)

Sort Assets and Sort Container - Inspection forms can be added to these Sorting actions to send items to a Use State of Maintenance

Variable Volume

Track the fill volume of each asset
