How Tos:

Warm Boot

  • Use the stylus to press the reset button on the back of the device. Press until you feel a 'click' and until the handheld restarts


Manual Clean Boot

Warning: Clean booting any device can erase data and the TrackAbout software. Contact TrackAbout Support before attempting a clean boot.

  • Turn the handheld off
  • Hold down the reset button with the stylus and press the power key
  • Release the power and reset buttons
  • Press the power button and the computer should reboot. You shouild then re-calibrate the screen.
