How Tos:
Warm Boot
- Hold down the Power button until the handheld begins to boot (about 5 seconds)
Cold Boot
Warning: Cold booting any device can erase data and the TrackAbout software. Contact TrackAbout Support before attempting a cold boot.
- On a numeric keypad:
- Simultaneously press the Power, 1 and 9 keys
- On an alphanumeric keypad:
- Simultaneously press the Power, W and C keys
- on a PIM keypad:
- Simultaneously press the Power, Call and right arrow keys
- Simultaneously press the Power, Call and right arrow keys
