Below are the requirements for TrackAbout Application Web Site, mobile access and handheld syncing.
Computer
- Any Computer less than 4 years old, TrackAbout Application Web site runs in an internet browser so it is not computer specific.
- Windows 7 or above (Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft and TrackAbout)
- Handheld device Sync requires a computer running Microsoft Windows 7 or above
- Internet browser. Be sure to update to latest version
- An available USB port (needed for handheld sync cradle)
Internet Browsers
- Internet Explorer 11 or higher
- Mozilla Firefox - "Latest version" is generally assumed as the software auto-updates
- Google Chrome - "Latest version" is generally assumed as the software auto-updates
Handheld Devices

Internet connectivity
Download speed 768 Kbps minimum
Firewall and proxy Requirements
Application web Site (AWS) and handheld sync

- Ports 80, 443, and 8000.
- 80 = HTTP
- 443 = HTTPS
- 8000 = Used for syncing in TAM6
