Fill Process

• Filling an asset will change its status to Full. (Note that you can rename the Full status to a different name if you prefer something else).
• It does not matter what the status of the asset was before the fill action. The asset will end with the "Full" status.

Standard Fill Screens

• In the first screen this information is collected:
  • Item#
  • Expiration Date
  • Lot Number

Filling with Racks

Racks are configured to control which specific users are allowed to use the racks and which Product Families are allowed to be filled on those racks.

Also, each rack needs to be set up with a Maximum Filling Pressure. Fillers need an internal user account set up in TrackAbout before they can be associated with the Filling Racks.

Once you start adding on Filling locations, this list of Racks can get quite long. There is a text filter to help filter through the Rack list.

When creating a new Rack, you'll be asked to assign the rack to Tanks, Users and Asset Families.
