Pre-Trip

From the handheld's Truck tab, the Pre-Trip button allows the truck to be selected for the Delivers/Returns.

Once a truck has been selected from Pre-Trip, all deliveries/returns captured on the handheld will be associated with that truck.

Delivery actions performed from the truck will move any returned assets onto the truck (rather than onto the inventory of the branch).

Marking a delivery associated with a truck is also important, for truck reconciliation at the end of the truck run.

Note: The next logon to the handheld, or the next calendar day, will clear the selected truck and allow for the selection of a different truck.
