Pre-Trip
From the handheld's Truck tab, the Pre-Trip button allows the truck to be selected for the Delivers/Returns. This is important, as the assets which wereDelivered/Returned from this truck will need to be compared to the assets which were loaded onto the truck at the beginning of the day and to the assets which will be unloaded from the truck at the end of the day.
Once a truck has been selected from Pre-Trip, all deliveries/returns captured on the handheld will be associated with that truck. The next logon to the handheld, or the next calendar day, will clear the selected truck and allow for the selection of a different truck.
