How Tos

Warm Boot

• Press and hold the CTRL and ENT keys for approximately 5 seconds.
  

Cold Boot

Warning: Cold booting any device can erase data and the TrackAbout software. Contact TrackAbout Support before attempting a cold boot.

• Simultaneously press the CTRL and ESC keys for approximately 5 seconds.
  

Factory Reset

• Press and hold the "ALT" and "ESC" keys to cold boot the Dolphin.
• Upon cold boot, when the display returns, type "1277" on the normal keypad or "7811" on the Calculator type keypad.
• A little menu will appear showing the reset options. Choose the top option by pressing the number "1" on the keypad.
• A prompt will appear asking for confirmation. Press the "Y" key on the keypad to proceed.

• When installing TAMobile, you will need to provide a Registration Key. You can find this key on the TrackAbout website on the Software Downloads page under Mobile Units.
