Date/Time Issues
The record on the website displays an Effective Date of so many hours before or after the action was actually performed
Check the time zone and region on the handheld that the action was done on, and check the time zone on the location the handheld is associated with in TrackAbout. TrackAbout will always use the time zone of the location that the handheld is assigned to. To prevent any time differences, make sure the time zone on the handheld matches the time zone of the location it is associated with on the website.
Website Errors
When you are working in TrackAbout, you may be presented with a page which says:
