How Tos:

Warm Boot

  • Press and hold the Power button until the handheld reboots (about 5 seconds)


Reset

  • On a numeric keypad, simultaneously press the 1,9 and Power keys
  • On an alphanumeric keypad, simultaneously press the W,C and Power keys


Activate on a CDMA Network:

  1. If a SIM card was not installed, a No SIM card found dialog box displays.
  2. Tap OK. The Phone Network - CDMA Activation dialog box displays.
  3. Tap Yes to activate on a CDMA network.
  4. On the CDMA Setup tab, tap the Preferred network option and select a network.
  5. Tap Yes.
  6. Tap the Start Activation button.
  7. Tap Yes to activate.
  8. Call the carrier from an existing phone to request over-the-air activation.
  9. When instructed by the operator press Activate Now button.
