Beginnings of a Checklist for problems when syncing a WinMo Handheld.
1) ensure the cradle is plugged into a power source.
2) ensure the cradle's USB Plug is plugged into both cradle and PC.
3) are both USB plugs (both ends of cord) and both USB ports clean and free of debris and dust?
4) do other Hanhelds sync succesfully?
5) does this handheld sync succesfully in another cradle?
6) can you download and re-install the proper version of active sync ?
