Important Notice: As of August 2012, TrackAbout will not provide support for Palm OS devices due to the cost of supporting aging technology.
A $200 fee will be charged for each support incident involving Palm OS devices.
How Tos:
Warm Boot
- Remove the battery cover
- Press the Reset button with the stylus
Cold Boot
Warning: Cold booting any device can erase data and the TrackAbout software. Contact TrackAbout Support before attempting a cold boot.
- Open and remove the battery cover
- Hold down the power button on the front of the handheld
- Use the stylus to press the reset button on the back of the handheld
- Release the reset button
- Release the power button
- Press the upper half of either of the scroll buttons on the front panel of the handheld to confirm the cold boot
Known Issues
TrackAbout will not provide support for this device or any device running Palm OS. A $200 charge will be added for any support incident involving Palm OS devices.
