Below are the requirements for TrackAbout Application Web Site, mobile access and handheld syncing.

Any computer less than 4 years old, TrackAbout Application Web site runs in an internet browser so it is not computer specific.
- Windows 7 or above (Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft and TrackAbout)
For TAMobile6 devices:
- Handheld device synchonization requires a computer running Microsoft Windows 7 or above
- An available USB port (needed for handheld sync cradle)

Internet Explorer 11 or higher
Mozilla Firefox - "Latest version" is generally assumed as the software auto-updates
Google Chrome - "Latest version" is generally assumed as the software auto-updates

Download speed 768 Kbps minimum

- 80 = HTTP
- 443 = HTTPS
- 8000 = Used for syncing in TAM6
