Mark as Lost all assets at a particular customer

You have access to the tools to do this yourself by doing these steps.

  • In TrackAbout, go to the customer.
  • Click on the Customer Reports tab, and then click on the Asset List link.
  • Click the link to Show All assets
  • If you have a browser (such as Firefox) which allows you to select and copy a column, then select and copy the Barcodes.

Otherwise, normally you would Export the file to Excel.

However, Microsoft caused a problem that exporting to Excel is not working right now.
