For every linked exchange operation, there must be a sender and recipient. There is work to be done by both the sending and receiving Linked Exchange partners to establish this relationship
The receiving partner must be the one to initiate a partnership. During the process, the recipient will generate a web address and verification code to provide to the sender. Using that web address the sending partner will accept the partnership, by entering that verifications code.
